Estate Closings Typically we charge a standard rate of $250.00 for a normal closing. This rate may be higher for a complicated closing. Please call for a quote on a closing of a more complicated matter. Normally these fees are split between the Seller and Buyer unless other provisions have been made in the Buy/Sell Agreement. |

Gas and Mineral Information CCATCO will provide a "chain" of title for tracts of land in connection with oil, gas and mineral work. The charge for this service is based on how much land is covered, and how many documents are in the chain of title. |
| Appraisal
Information Copies of Site Maps; and copies of Tax Statements. The usual charge for this service is $15.00 per property. |
